They plug in and come in three light colors and two lengths. They suit patios, decks, pergolas and fences, plus cafes and bedrooms indoors.
The cable is built with Brightech's WeatherTite technology, and the bulbs are shatterproof plastic rather than glass. Sockets are spaced 3 ft apart: the 24 ft strand has 7 and the 48 ft strand has 15. Choose Neutral White, Warm White or Soft White; Warm White is closest to traditional incandescent patio lighting.
The bulbs are 2 watt LED with a standard screw base, included with every strand and replaceable one at a time. Each light color is fixed and the strand is not dimmable on its own, but it can run through a compatible outdoor plug-in dimmer. The bulbs shine in all directions, so the strand is aimed by how it is hung. It plugs into a standard outlet.
